So the Ladies Home Slaughter Your Enemies Auxilliary (LHSYEA) has been tossing around drink ideas for Wiscon, which is next week. Here’s some drink ideas that we might try to make happen.

#MassEffect Blood Vision, version 1.0

  • 2 parts whiskey (of your choice)
  • 1 part spicy pear liqueur (optional, I just added it cause I have it and like it)
  • 1 shot Grenadine ( for additional colour)
  • 1 12 oz can Blood Orange soda (your brand of choice)
  • -or- Ginger beer/mixer of choice.
  • 1 squirt lemon or lime

Tastes sweet but not overly so, it’s smooth so be careful, you could wind up with a couple in you then go oh, shit I’m drunk.

ME Blood vision, Version 1.5

  • 2 parts whiskey (of your choice)
  • 1 dash spicy pear liqueur (optional, I reduced it to a tiny bit because the ginger beer is spicy)
  • 1 shot Grenadine ( for additional colour)
  • 1 16 oz bottle of WBC Spicy Ginger Beer
  • -or- other mixer of choice.
  • 1 squirt lemon or lime

Version 1.5 has a kick to it, but it’s still really smooth so be careful, you could also wind up with a couple in you then go oh, shit I’m drunk.

There’s also the Joining but it’s a pain in the ass to make and expensive. But if anyone wants the recipe, here’s the complex one, which includes Absinthe. There’s also the one from the Drunken Moogle with is just half Hypnotiq and half dark rum. SaveGame has some DA themed ones, and Mass Effect as well.
